Job Description

Develop and implement the procedures which reduces risk of financial cards transactions.
The procedural process/SOP is updated on timely basis.
Responsible for monitoring of Card Operations Unit activities on daily basis.
Ensure effective complaint management and channel feedback for process improvements.
Motivate, train and manage the Card Operations team to ensure utility of their capacities are optimized and business efficiency is ensured.
Responsible to manage Internal and External Audit related to Credit & Debit Card; identify risk effected areas and discuss with Head Cards & Digital Operations to reduce risk.
Ensure effective management and administration of all employee records as per set standards.
Evaluate team performance and provide feedback on ongoing basis.
Develop good working relationship with other units to achieve results in better way.
