Job Description

Actively pursue establishment of new business relationships with High Net Worth (HNW) customers from various demographic and economic segments, by holding meetings/information sessions with prospective customers, and selling the value proposition of the Bank’s Priority Banking channel.
Ensure meeting of assigned deposit mobilization, cross-sell, and NTB targets as assigned by management.
Actively manage the existing relationships of the Priority Center/Branch by providing valuable financial/investment advisory and planning, an exceptional level of customer experience, and product/service delivery to Priority Banking customers.
Regularly track attrition of deposit or closure of active relationship portfolios, and maintain follow-up with the relevant clients, in order to identify and rectify any product or service related issues, and keep the relationship intact.
Remain up to date on emerging social/economic/business trends in the market to ascertain, in order to assess and execute opportunities for enhancing the Priority Banking business in the assigned Priority Center/Branch.
Regularly evaluate and implement methods to enhance the sales process and product/service delivery levels for Priority Banking customers, in line with prevalent market practices.
Ensure that all relationships in the portfolio are in thorough compliance with the Bank’s policies and regulatory requirements pertaining to AML/KYC, through regular review of account activity.
Ensure that the Priority Center/Branch premises are maintained in adherence to the look and feel, marketing and branding, and service quality standards of the Bank.
