Client Relationship Management:
Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential corporate clients.
Act as a key point of contact for corporate customers, understanding their financial needs.
Regularly visit clients to enhance service delivery and business relationships.
Portfolio Management:
Manage a portfolio of mid to large-sized corporate clients ensuring profitability, credit quality, and compliance with Shariah principles.
Monitor account activities to ensure consistent revenue generation and credit health.
Credit Proposal & Structuring:
Prepare detailed credit proposals and financial analysis in line with bank policies and SBP regulations.
Structure Islamic financing solutions such as Murabaha, Ijarah, Diminishing Musharakah, and Istisna based on client requirements.
Business Development:
Identify and pursue new business opportunities within the target market segment.
Achieve assigned financial targets in terms of asset growth, revenue generation, and deposit mobilization.
Compliance & Documentation:
Ensure that all transactions comply with regulatory requirements, internal policies, and Shariah principles.
Supervise proper documentation, security perfection, and disbursement processes.
Coordination & Team Support:
Collaborate with internal departments like Credit Risk, Shariah Compliance, Legal, and Operations for seamless transaction execution.
Support senior team members in strategic initiatives and special projects.
