Job Purpose
Officer Helpdesk is responsible to receive visitors and manage centralized Helpdesk for complaint management. Role holder need to ensure that all the complaints logged into the system should adequately be answered on a timely manner.
- Handle fault call tickets related to General Services from initiation to completion
- Ensure assignment of new tickets to concerned staff / unit accurately and timely
- Post completion of tasks, ensure closure of tickets with proper confirmation from initiators
- Make strong follow-ups on “OPEN” tickets and ensure closure of tickets within defined turn-around-time
- Work as an effective team player to provide support and backup to other Helpdesk staff / team
- Efficiently manage reception at Head Office or at assigned premises
- Provide meet & greet assistance to internal and external visitors
- Manage complete record of visitors
- Answer phone calls, redirect them when needed
- Monitor and order office supplies and update records
- Manage upkeep of reception area
Eligibility Criteria
- Bachelors degree from a reputed university
- One year experience as a receptionist / front desk officer or on a similar role
- Presentable with strong communication and people skills
- Customer service orientation
- Able to perform multitask
- Good at MS Office
