This is a flagship trainee program to hire talented fresh graduates for our following mentioned departments:
- Information Technology
- Digital Banking
- Advanced Analytics & Innovation
- Digital Marketing
Under the mentorship of senior managers, the program aims to impart the best in class training to selected candidates with the objective to transform them into seasoned professionals and future leaders of the bank.
Key Program Features
- Starting Grade OG-II
- Promotion to OG-I upon completion of one-year service
- Starting salary PKR 70,000/- with annual pay raise plan
- Classroom and on-the-job training
- Mentorship from senior managers
- Bank’s sponsored master degree program in relevant discipline
Post-Training
- Digital Trainee Officers will be posted in their respective department to start on-the-job training
- They will complete assigned tasks, assist senior managers in day-to-day activities
- Trainees will be expected and encouraged to use creativity in order to add values in the departmental tasks, policies, processes, etc
Eligibility Criteria:
- 16 years education with major in Computer Science or Software Engineering or in a related discipline from a reputed local or international university
- Fresh graduate or experience of up to one year
- Creative, problem solver, analytical
- Excellent interpersonal & communication skills coupled with an ambition to learn and grow
