Job Locations: Karachi, Lahore, Rawalpindi-Islamabad
The job holder will primarily be responsible for customer services and to support branch staff in order to ensure delivery of quality services to customers. S/he will attend customer queries and educate clients on various products / services being offered by Faysal Bank Limited. S/he will be handling customer complaints and ensuring resolution within agreed turn-around-time.
Selected candidates will undergo rigorous training.
Eligibility Criteria
· Bachelor’s degree in any discipline, preferably BBA
· No prior experience is necessary, however candidates with customer handling experience of 1 to 3 years will be given preference
