Job Description

Job Duties & Responsibilities:

  1. Provide excellent customer service and technical support.
  2. Respond to inquiries and issues in a timely and efficient manner.
  3. Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues with the services.
  4. Escalate complex issues to the appropriate department or team member for further assistance.
  5. Gather customer feedback and provide suggestions for improvements to products and services.
  6. Collaborate with other departments within the company to ensure a seamless IT customer experience.
