Job Description

  • Establish and maintain a sound operational framework in the Branch, focusing on facilitating customer transactions within minimum turnaround time and meeting regulatory requirements in all transactions.
  • Ensure proper maintenance of branch liquidity levels/cash holding, vault limits, and insurance coverage in the event of excess cash holding.
  • Maintain a robust monitoring framework regarding all operational activities to avoid fraud/forgery incidents and the execution of suspicious transactions.
  • Effectively leverage the Branch Operations Team staffs competencies to obtain a high level of customer service and regulatory compliance.
  • Remain updated with any revisions in Bank/SBP Regulations through regular review of circulars/notifications and ensure their implementation in the Branch.
  • Ensure the balancing of all GL accounts regularly.
  • Ensure that all security protocols about the Branchs Vault/Lockers/ATM Cabin/Branch premises are active at all times and in compliance with Bank’s/SBP’s regulations regarding security measures. 
  • Manage the security, transport, and reconciliation protocols of cash movements to/from the Branch, in coordination with the Bank’s approved security companies.
