Job Location: Karachi

Faisalabad, Gujranwala, Gujrat, Lahore, Multan, Rahim Yar Khan, Sahiwal, Sialkot.

Role & Responsibilities

  • The incumbent will be responsible to manage, develop and build assigned liability portfolio with a view to deliver the highest level of customer services, it includes deepening of existing relationships and capitalizing on cross sell opportunities in order to achieve assigned sales targets
  • Achieve the assigned liability targets and Increase sales of products through deepening and cross sell such as takaful, consumer products, SME, Agri (where applicable) and alternate distribution products as assigned by the management from time to time
  • Maintain good relationships with existing customers and deepen existing relationships through regular customer contacts
  • Provide services to bank customers as per defined service standards
  • Work closely with Branch Manager in order to maximize profitability
  • Comply with policies, procedures and regulatory requirements in day-to-day business activities
  • Monitor transaction volumes in customer accounts and ensure 100% accuracy on updating risk classification in accordance with the KYC parameters
  • Constantly review internal and prudential KYC and AML requirements with a view to remain updated on any revisions
  • Manage the branch floor, and ensure customers are being serviced in a timely and orderly manner
  • Maintain desired Islamic Banking and Products’ knowledge through attending assigned trainings and seminars arranged by L&D or Islamic Banking teams

Eligibility Criteria

  • Prior relevant experience of minimum one year
  • Strong portfolio of customers at any of the above-mentioned job locations
  • Bachelor’s degree in any discipline
  • Good knowledge of Banking Products
  • Islamic Banking knowledge / experience will be an advantage
  • Good interpersonal & communication skills
