Job Description

Assist in developing, launching, monitoring and managing a range of Retail Liability Islamic Products various customer segments
Designing Product & Pricing strategy to maximize volume growth, revenue and profitability
Continuous monitoring of customer value proposition product economics and fulfillment of existing products / services and ensure continuous enhancements to the offerings
Enhancing and improving the Liability Products suite and processes from time to time to enhance customer experience
Research on product bundling, market scan and cross-sell opportunities to increase overall portfolio
Identifying opportunities and managing fee structure to increase Bank’s NFI
Automation of existing processes conduct system testing
Manage Product Campaigns and Promotions to increase penetration and revenue growth
Travelling across the network for trainings on products
Prepare and update Market Competition Scan on a regular basis
Draft marketing campaigns for product initiative and marketing activities
Ensure Department BAU payments of additional services to customers / any event / vendor payments processing without delays.
Liaising closely with all stakeholders (including IT, Ops, Business Technology, Treasury and Branches) for seamless integration of customer segments, system development and enhancements, in terms of product and service delivery
Coordination with Marketing for all internal as well as external communications and marketing collaterals.
Ensuring regulatory compliance.
