Contribute in finalizing the product for a market launch post-market research.

Mainly responsible for assisting the Product Manager in the development and launch of new Products & variants which are profitable for the bank.

Responsible for segmentation based on the portfolio in order to increase quality acquisition and market them through marketing campaigns that include ATL and BTL media activities.

Draft documents and write-ups for flyers/brochures/posters/ websites/ newsletters.

Timely resolution of complaints and to provide utmost support to maintain service levels.

Close coordination with Shariah, Legal, Policy, IT, Consumer Operations, Compliance, Marketing, and outside vendors for marketing materials

Shall keep an eye on the competition/market changes and share the feedback with immediate supervisor/product teams for making proactive changes in sales planning & counter action plan.

Re-engineer the processes for a superior customer experience. Need to Digitize/automate and have leaner processes.

Invest in innovation and develop products that help businesses stay ahead of the curve.

To prepare presentations on the successes, current projects, and plans of the automobile industry.

To collaborate with front-end business teams in order to design and execute Autos product campaigns within stated timelines/frequencies.
