Job Description

  • Lead and manage day-to-day operations of the Consumer Service Center across Pakistan.
  • Ensure timely execution of service requests, complaint resolution, and adherence to TAT and SLAs.
  • Drive service quality improvements, CX initiatives, and process re-engineering efforts.
  • Analyze service data and trends to identify bottlenecks and implement corrective actions.
  • Coordinate with other stakeholders to enhance service delivery.
  • Ensure compliance with SBP regulations, Shariah guidelines, and internal audit standards.
  • Maintain accurate portfolio reconciliation, manage service MIS, and support audit readiness.
  • Train, mentor, and manage team performance with a focus on productivity and accountability.
