Job Description

To execute key Customer Experience deliverables in the assigned Branch as follows:

  • Efficient and courteous service to the Branch Customers/Walk-In Customers/Prospective Customers.
  • Support counter staff in achieving low transaction TAT.
  • Effective management of customer traffic on the Branch Floor.
  • Supporting proper maintenance of the Branch Premises in terms of Look and Feel, Cleanliness, Hygiene, etc.
  • Support a proper start of the day at the Branch.
  • Ensuring that all operational forms/slips/formats are readily available for customers.
  • Completion of the Branch Floor Checklist after review of all service parameters.
  • To ensure that all relevant notices/circulars/notifications issued by the SBP, Govt. Authorities,and the Bank are prominently displayed on the Branch notice board.
