Job Description

To drive and manage the sales strategy and customer acquisition process of the Consumer Finance Group for secured consumer finance products (Home Finance) in the assigned Region/Area by overseeing a portfolio of customers, building strong relationships with key stakeholders and ensuring the delivery of exceptional service in order to meet and exceed the established sales targets, contribute to portfolio and customer base growth in secured products and add value to the business objectives of the Group/Bank.

Job Responsibilities:

  • To ensure meeting of assigned sales targets for the Bank’s Secured products i.e. Home Finance within the domain of Consumer Finance targets as assigned by the management.
  • To manage and expand relationships with existing customers, providing personalized financial advice to ensure they are utilizing the Bank’s products effectively.
  • To build strong, lasting relationships with key stakeholders such Housing Societies to generate business opportunities and referrals.
  • To serve as the primary point of contact for clients, ensuring prompt resolution of any concerns or issues.
  • To remain up-to-date on emerging market, economic and business trends to better understand customer needs, and capitalize on new business opportunities.
  • To identify new opportunities for customer acquisition and portfolio growth, capitalizing on emerging market trends, and leveraging sales campaigns and promotions offered by the Bank.
  • To regularly update knowledge of product offerings and industry changes, ensuring accurate and relevant advice is provided to clients.
  • To ensure compliance with the Bank’s internal policies and regulatory policies (Ex. Fair Treatment of Customers) throughout the sales and customer acquisition process, adhering to the Bank’s ethical standards and focusing on customer fairness and transparency in all dealings.
