The job holder will primarily be responsible for customer services and to support branch staff in order to ensure delivery of quality services to customers.
She/he will attend customer queries and educate clients on various products / services being offered by Faysal Bank Limited.
She/he will be handling customer complaints and ensuring resolution within agreed turn-around-time.
Selected candidates will undergo rigorous training.
