Serve as the first point of contact for Trade/ SME customers.
Build and grow the Trade/SME assets portfolio in line with the risk appetite of the Bank.
Conduct thorough due diligence of clients and ensure that Trade/SME limits being proposed are in line with the need and financial strength of the client.
Prepare comprehensive and detailed proposals in line with the relevant SOPs.
Maintain close liaison with back office functions to ensure that all Trade/SME related documentations are in place in order to protect the interests of the Bank.
Take complete ownership of assigned accounts and deliver exceptional customer services.
Ensure compliance with prudential/other regulations and with the prevalent policies and procedures of the Bank.
