Job Description

  • ¬†Analyze & review customer card/account activities to detect early frauds.
  • Contact customers for transaction confirmation and/or card replacement issues.
  • Provide/maintain efficient authorization services to customers.
  • Must be willing to work on 24 hour shift (With Shift Allowance)
