· Ensure customer satisfaction by providing efficient customer service and resolution of customer queries and problems.
· To prepare, review and submit credit line Proposal of the prospect customer in accordance with Standard Operation procedure directive for approval and / or renewal of credit facility.
· Networking to develop business relations, promote sale of loan products and other banking services. Attract corporate & individual customers and ensured high degree of customer loyalty.
· Co-ordination with Credit Administration Department for preparation and filing of security documents to safe guard bank’s interest.
· Arranging approvals from competent approving authorities (Head Office, Regional Office & Area Offices) for structured credit packages of the new as well as existing clients of the business hub and ensuring smooth working at all steps till disbursement of the limits and afterwardsRequired Skills
