· Act as key facilitator between business function and IT to ensure smooth implementation of Business Process Transformation platform.
· Engage with business functions across the bank in planning and driving functional change for process transformation.
· Liaison with Information Technology for smooth setup of necessary systems to support process transformation.
· Coordinate with business functions to identify and map various processes with technology.
· Drive process automation and implement governance models to support businesses.
· Act as a key facilitator across cross-functional teams of business stakeholders and focused on motivating automation in key prioritized areas.Required Skills
