Purpose of this job is to ensure smooth and timely opening of new Islamic Banking Branches and conversion of existing conventional branches into Islamic Banking Branches.
Ensuring both internal and external regulatory & compliance requirements are met for opening & conversion of branches within timelines.
Coordination with all stakeholders that include branch managers, compliance officers, regional & area coordinators, HR business partners, GSD officers, etc.
Maintaining excellent communications with team members for smooth opening of new branches and conversion / relocation of existing branches.
Perform need-based tasks assigned by line manager.Required Skills
