Job Description

  • Answering inbound customer calls as per defined SOP and customer handling ethics.
  • Providing correct and precise information to customer queries regarding the banks products.
  • Responding to customer emergencies, investigating complaints and assisting customers in problem resolution.
  • Performing account maintenance and activations exercising due diligence and vigilance.
